We sent him party supplies for his bday but he didn't tell anyone it was his birthday so he hadn't planned on using them.
I got upset about it and then someone did remember it was his birthday and so supposedly, he was going to put up the decorations today and they were going to have the gourmet cookies we sent. We'll see. He's always been of the mind set that "it's just another day." I refuse to believe it though!
