Not my best day...

It started out just fine.  Sleepy but fine.  I went out and watered the garden then came in got dressed and fixed a nice breakfast.  Then we went to Sunday School and it was fine.  Then the family decided they didn't want to go to church...  Maybe this is where we went wrong... I don't know.

Then I had a little disagreement with DH.  Did my Bible Study and now... I feel yuck.  Well, not because of the Bible study.  That I really enjoyed but when I was done and I moved on to other things, I was left with yuck.

I feel cranky, and sleepy, and yuck.

I've been thinking... is there a book for husbands on what women are going through during perimenopause or menopause, whatever it is that I am going through right now?  I really think it would be nice if there was something for husbands.  Something that said, "You wife is going crazy right now and the best thing you can do is love her and no that doesn't mean have sex all the time but it doesn't mean you shouldn't have sex all the time either."  LOL  Don't you think that would be good?

I think a nice roadmap through menopause would be greatly appreciated, albeit confusing as well.  Then they could feel confused with us and yet have a little better understanding as well.  I'm sure there is something out there so do any of you gazillion of readers I have out there have any suggestions or favorites you could share?  I would greatly appreciate it and well, DH might too but I wouldn't count on it.  :o)  Again, SHARE!!  SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME!  There might should be one for children too...

Oh honey, do i agree with you on this one! Just today i had a.........let's just call it a 'moment'! :D it wasn't fun and DH didn't like it either. We seem to come back into normal together without much hullabaloo, but those little 'moments' are just chaotic. I know exactly what you are going thru, i am going thru it too, it's not fun, but it's keeping us all on our toes! xo!Melissa
